Who is she?

I am 27 years old, I have a three year old son. We had moved into a three bedroom apartment about seven months ago. We go through the house and everything seems fine, but when we get to our room, (the biggest in the house of course) we notice in our closet that the window is painted over and the crank had been taken off the window so you couldn't open it. Well, we had been there about two weeks and one night I left the closet door open. I would say that it was about ten thirty, eleven o'clock at night and my son and I had just laid down to go to bed. We are laying there and my son says,"MOMMY, there is a monster!"
I said, "Where is there a monster?" He said, "MOMMY, the monster right there!" I said, "Where son?" He pointed toward the closet and said, in a whisper,"The monster right there, the little girl.!" Now of course I didn't see anything myself, but he pointed her right out. After he had acknowledged that he saw her strange things started happening. Mind you it is always at night. When we are in bed the front door will open and close, his bedroom door will open and close,(that is why he sleeps with me). His father thought we were crazy until one night we were laying there and he said,"Amber, do you see that?"
I said,"See what?" He said,"Nothing" but come to find out, he saw a little shadow that kept peeking around the bedroom door at him. He also explained to me one night how he was sleeping and woke up because he felt like he was being watched and when he tried to get up something was holding him down to the bed.. I think something must have happened to her in my closet because these things only happen when the door is open. We know she is there, she will do things like tickle your feet while you are sleeping, pull my hair (it is 2 and a half feet long and hangs over the bed when I sleep) I am not sure but I think sometimes my son talks to her. I ask him who he is talking to and what her name is but he acts like he is afraid to tell me.
