I was born on November 11th at 11:11pm. My name is Colette and I was 10 years old, turning 11 on the day of this event.
It was a cold winter day and my parents were decorating the house for my birthday party. My best friend told me that 11/11/11 is a bad day and that bad things will happen because it's a dangerous date. It didn't bother me much because my friend is almost always wrong.
It was 12:10 and all my friends had finally arrived for my party. I was so excited to have fun and open my gifts. I had just finished opening my cards and gifts when my friend Jamie (boy) found a card under the couch.
"I found another card, it was under the couch, it must have fallen under there."
I opened it and read it out loud. It said, "11 11 11, the day has finally arrived, you are finally 11. You were born at 11:11pm on November 11th, the day of death." There was no name written on the card from who it was from, and I didn't really understand what the card meant.
Then later on we were just about to eat some pizza when my friend Trish said she didn't feel all that well. I wasn't sure why and she just passed out on the floor right in front of me. I yelled for my mom and dad and they said she had just died. I was so upset that all my friends were sent home early. Later on that day I heard that my other friends who are twins just slipped and fell down the stairs and died.
Then my friend Wyatt got hit by a car and Jamie fell off a bridge onto cement and cracked open his head and they both died.I wasn't sure what was going on. Then a letter arrived in the mail and it said, "You shouldn't have read the card out loud."
Then later on around 2:30 in the morning, my parents both screamed. I went into their room and found them in their bed, with blood everywhere.
I cried for the rest of the night. Then in the morning the police came by because the neighbors called them and told me that there was a curse put on my family before I was born and it was to come on my 11th birthday on 11/11/11 and kill all my friends and family. Visitor Rating:
